Broken heating
The heating in your apartment stopped working three days ago and the weather has turned very cold. You reported it to the building manager by phone, but nothing has happened. Write an email to your landlord, Mr. Patel.
In your email:
- Describe the problem and how it is affecting you
- Explain what you have already done
- Say what you want the landlord to do and by when
Read the situation and write an email of about 150–200 words. Make sure you cover all three points.
