Refund & cancellation policy

FluentMaple is currently in a free beta, so no payments are taken yet. This policy applies once paid passes are available.

Passes

Paid passes give access for a fixed period (for example 30 or 90 days). They are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically unless clearly stated at checkout. There is nothing to cancel for a one-time pass.

Refunds

• If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you have used no more than 5 scored answers on the pass.
• If you were charged twice or charged in error, we refund the extra charge in full.
• Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5–7 business days.

How to request

Email superiorth16ismax@gmail.com with the email you used to purchase and your payment ID. We reply within 2 business days.
