Terms of service

These terms govern your use of FluentMaple (the "Service"), operated by Vansh Sahu, a sole proprietorship registered in Uttar Pradesh, India ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. What the Service is

FluentMaple is an online practice tool for the CELPIP-General test. It provides original practice tasks and AI-generated feedback and score estimates for Writing and Speaking. Unofficial practice tool. Scores are AI estimates, not official CELPIP results. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Paragon Testing Enterprises. CELPIP® is a registered trademark of Paragon Testing Enterprises.

2. Score estimates

Scores are automated estimates for practice only. They may differ from the score you receive on the real test. We do not guarantee any test result, immigration outcome or other result.

3. Accounts and free use

During the beta, a limited number of free scores is available. You agree not to circumvent usage limits, use automated tools to access the Service, or submit content that is unlawful, abusive or not your own work.

4. Payments

Paid passes, when available, give access for a fixed period (for example 30 or 90 days) and are processed by our payment partner Razorpay. Prices are shown before purchase. Passes do not renew automatically unless clearly stated. See our Refund & cancellation policy.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the answers and recordings you submit. You give us permission to process them to provide feedback and to improve the accuracy of the Service, as described in our Privacy policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its practice tasks and feedback are our property or used under licence. CELPIP® is a trademark of Paragon Testing Enterprises; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by Paragon.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Changes and contact
