Privacy policy

What we collect

• Your practice answers: written text and Speaking recordings you submit for scoring.
• Email and optional details you give us (test date, target CLB, preferred feedback language).
• Real test results you choose to report to us, used to measure and improve scoring accuracy.
• A usage cookie that counts your free scores. We do not use advertising trackers.
• Payment details are handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your full card details.

How your answers are processed

To score your answer, we send the text or recording to an AI model provider (currently Google's Gemini API, on its paid tier). Under Google's paid-tier terms, submitted content is not used to improve Google's products. Please still avoid including personal information (such as your full name, address or ID numbers) in your practice answers. We do not keep your Speaking recordings after scoring.

How we use your information

• To give you scores and feedback.
• To email you about your practice, your test date and launch offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To measure and improve the accuracy of our estimates.

We do not sell your personal information.

Storage and retention

Emails, optional details and reported results are kept until you ask us to delete them. Email superiorth16ismax@gmail.com to access or delete your data.

Children

The Service is not intended for children under 16.

We may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
